I am Edita Kvrgic

I am a wife and mother of two, business psychologist, and certified career coach with heart and backbone.

For over 12 years I have supported people in their careers – with a special focus on women who are re-orienting, returning after a break, or positioning themselves with intention.

My experience in recruitment (life sciences & IT) showed me what truly matters today: clarity, courage, a professional profile – and confidence in a digital world.

My expertise

As one of the first coaches in Switzerland, I offer focused programmes for modern CVs, LinkedIn presence, and “CV in the Age of AI” – application materials that convince humans and pass applicant tracking systems (ATS).

I combine solid HR knowledge with psychological understanding and hands-on experience. My own family break means I know the challenges of returning to work first-hand.

My style is direct, honest, and solution-oriented. I do not sell one-size-fits-all packages; we build strategies that fit your personality and goals.
